INGREDIENTS
⦁ one smaller leek
⦁ two bigger carrots
⦁ 450gr FRIGLO broccoli
⦁ 3 spoons of olive oil
⦁ salt
⦁ pepper
⦁ dry vegetables
⦁ a pinch of wild thyme
⦁ 1dl of plant whipping cream
PREPARATION
Cut the leek and carrot into circles and fry for a while on olive oil. When water boils, add 450 of FRIGLO young broccoli in 1 l of water. Add salt, pepper, wild thyme and dry vegetables. To preserve as many healthy nutrients as possible while cooking, cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes max. If you wish, you can add 1 dl of plant whipping cream. Remove from the burner, take out several florets to decorate the potage and mix the rest with a hand mixer stick.
SERVING
Broccoli potage should be served warm. Because of its ingredients it is recommended to pregnant women and children as well.
